Listed below are the most common questions we get before beginning a case. If your question isn't answered below, please do not hesitate to call or email us.

What is your turnaround time on surveillance cases?
We aim to have the case back into your hands within two to three weeks. We always provide updates on any cases that may go longer.

How can I submit a case?
Telephonically, fax, or email. We always provide verification that the case was received and we encourage our client to update us with new case information at any time.

How can I see the results of the case?
We can issue you a physical report and DVD or through a secured file share with the report PDF and media files. We do encourage our clients to go green and take the electronic method.

Do you run full backgrounds before conducting surveillance or do we have to order it separately?
We do a full background on every surveillance Subject prior to initiating the case. This includes a thorough social media search and the results are included in the report.

What geographical areas do you cover?
